Nestled in the greenery of the Ligurian countryside betweenApricale and Bajardo, surrounded by age-old olive groves and lush green hills, stands Agriturismo Terre Del Mistero, in the Foa area, an ideal place for relaxing in nature.
The agriturismo is in the middle of the family-run farm, specialising in olive growing.

The farm produces “very high quality” extra virgin olive oil, work that goes hand in hand with providing accommodation at the agriturismo.

The building was built by renovating two barns typical of the rural architecture of western Liguria (1700-1800) reusing much of the original material obtained from the partial demolition. This created two rooms, sleeping 2/3, and an apartment sleeping 4. All the accommodation, dedicated to the masters of crime fiction Montalbán, Camilleri and Simenon, are equipped with bathroom and kitchenette.

The Montalbán room has a separate entrance and thick partition walls that ensure it stays cool in summer and warm in winter. The décor is rustic Arte Povera style, a choice that characterises the whole agriturismo.

The Camilleri apartment is separate from the main building, built entirely of stone, originally intended as a stable and storeroom. It also has a beautiful terrace.

The Simenon room is a double bedroom converted from the old barn, with stone walls and rustic style décor. The atmosphere is cosy, the bathroom is large and uses antique wood.
